Radio alumnus Chris Remington reporting for NPR
Chris Remington, a 2012 graduate of The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication‘s radio production and studies program, made his debut reporting for National Public Radio‘s All Things Considered on December 19, 2013.

In 2013, Remington completed a prestigious fellowship at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, ME. While studying at Hofstra, he hosted morning news programming on WRHU 88.7 FM Radio Hofstra University, served as a Center for Civic Engagement Fellow and was the Herbert School’s 2012 Radio Senior of the Year. Remington was recently hired by CBS Radio News as a news production assistant.
